🛒 Shopping & Orders

1. Who can shop at Immediate Apparel?
We sell exclusively to verified retailers, boutiques, discounters, e-commerce sellers, and livestreamers internationally. A business license or tax ID (EIN or VAT) is required to access pricing and place orders.

2. Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
No. We do not require prepacks or MOQs. Purchase exactly what you need — whether it’s 1 piece or 100.

3. What if an item is sold out in my size?
Hot styles sell fast, but restocks do happen. Contact your sales rep or email us to check on potential replenishments.

4. Do you have a physical location?
Yes! Visit our Los Angeles showroom at:

Walk-ins are welcome Monday–Friday.

5. How do I use a discount code?
Apply your code at checkout. You’ll see a designated field to enter the coupon before completing your order.

6. Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Contact us immediately. Orders ship quickly, and once processed or in transit, changes cannot be made. You may return items per our return policy.

7. Why was my order canceled?
This is rare, but if an item becomes unavailable, we’ll notify you within 24–48 hours. Any other in-stock items will still ship.

8. Where can I find sizing or fit details?
Each product page includes size info, measurements, and multiple photos. Still unsure? Email us for help or check our Size Guide.

9. Do products come with MSRP tags?
Some items may include MSRP depending on the brand. If you prefer they be removed, leave a note during checkout and we’ll remove them before shipping.

10. Do you have paper catalogs?
Due to fast inventory turnover and frequent new arrivals, we do not offer print catalogs. Our website is updated daily and reflects real-time inventory. We can offer our inventory via CSV upon request.

11. Can I request products to ship without hangers or plastic?
Yes! Leave a note on your order. A $0.05 fee per item applies for packaging removal.


💼 Dropshipping & Registration

12. Do you offer dropshipping services?
Yes. We provide dropshipping support for verified wholesale customers. If you're selling via livestreams, online marketplaces, or your own e-commerce store, we can ship directly to your customer.
Dropshipping fees apply as follows:

  • $5 per item for tops or bottoms
  • $12 per item for short dresses or rompers
  • $15 per item for long dresses, gowns, or jumpsuits

Please note that all dropshipping sales are final and not eligible for return. Include the recipient’s shipping address during checkout, and we will discreetly pack and ship the order on your behalf.

13. How do I register for a wholesale account?
To unlock pricing and ordering access, you must register for a wholesale account and provide proof of business (reseller license, EIN/VAT, or recent invoices). Once approved, you will be able to view live inventory, pricing, and promotions.


🔄 Returns & Exchanges

14. What is your general return policy?
We accept returns on most purchases and want you to shop with confidence. If you receive merchandise that doesn’t meet your expectations, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. We’ll issue a Return Authorization (RA) and gladly accept the items back—no hassle.

Please note:

  • Items purchased from our Last Chance section are final sale and cannot be returned due to their deeply discounted pricing.
  • All returns must be pre-approved with an RA for processing.

💳 Payments & Billing

1. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, wire transfer, ACH, and Zelle. For in-person showroom purchases, we also accept cash.
We do not accept personal checks or money orders.

2. Is it safe to use my credit card on your site?
Yes. Our checkout uses SSL encryption and secure payment gateways to protect your data- powered by Shopify.

3. Was I charged twice?
Unlikely. What you’re seeing is likely a pre-authorization hold, which clears in 48–72 hours depending on your bank.

4. Why is my card being declined?
Check for:

  • Expired card
  • Exceeded limit
  • Incorrect details entered
  • Browser issues (clear cookies and retry)

5. What currency are your prices in?
All prices are listed in USD (U.S. Dollars).


📦 Shipping & Delivery

1. How quickly do orders ship?
Most orders ship within 1–2 business days. We do not ship on weekends or U.S. holidays, including:
New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day (4th of July), Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.

2. Do you offer international shipping?
Yes. Immediate Apparel ships wholesale women’s apparel worldwide. We serve retailers across Canada, Europe, Latin America, Asia-Pacific, the Middle East, and Africa.

3. Do you support shipping for livestream selling platforms like TikTok or Whatnot?
Yes. We support livestream sellers on TikTok Shop, Whatnot, Douyin, Taobao, and more. We also offer curated “odds and ends” lots — a fast-moving, high-margin option perfect for sellers who want variety and value.

4. How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Please check your spam folder if you don’t see it.

5. Will I have to pay duties or customs fees?
International shipments may incur duties or taxes. These are the responsibility of the recipient. Please check with your country’s customs office for details.

6. Can you ship to PO Boxes or military addresses?
Yes, we can ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses via standard shipping. For faster service, use a physical street address.

7. I received the wrong or defective item. What should I do?
Please contact us immediately with order details and photos. We’ll work to resolve the issue quickly.

8. An item is missing from my order.
Sometimes items ship separately. Please check your email for multiple tracking numbers or contact us to confirm.


🚫 Cancellations

Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be canceled during processing (usually 1–2 business days). Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible — but items may be returned based on our return policy.
