1. GENERAL INFORMATION

Who can shop at Immediate Apparel?

We sell exclusively to verified businesses, including boutiques, retail chains, specialty stores, livestream sellers, and approved e-commerce retailers globally. Proof of business (EIN, reseller license, VAT, business registration, or prior wholesale invoices) is required.

Documentation can be submitted:

  • During registration
  • By email
  • Or via WhatsApp

Where is your showroom located?

1245 S. Santee St., Los Angeles, CA 90015
Walk-ins welcome Monday–Friday.

How often do you add new arrivals?

Inventory updates daily, and new merchandise arrives weekly across 13 categories.


2. ACCOUNT APPROVALS & REGISTRATION

How long does account approval take?

Typically 1–2 business days.

What causes delays?

Delays occur when:

  • Improper, incomplete, or unverifiable documents are submitted
  • No proof of business is included
  • Registration info does not match supporting documents

What qualifies as acceptable proof of business?

  • Resale certificate
  • EIN or VAT
  • Business license
  • Recent wholesale invoices
  • Retail storefront or social media (supporting evidence only)

Is international registration allowed?

Yes — we encourage and fully support international buyers.

Do I need additional documentation if I am in California?

Yes. For any shipment, delivery, or pickup within CA, buyers must complete the California Resale Certificate, located in our Client Services → Forms section.


3. ORDERING & INVENTORY

Is there a minimum order quantity?

No. You may purchase one piece or several hundred — no MOQs, no prepacks.

Is your inventory live?

Yes. All inventory reflects real-time availability.

A CSV inventory file is available upon request for system syncs or dropship users.

Can I request price tag or label adjustments?

Yes:

  • Price stickers can be removed upon request
  • Brand labels can be removed and replaced with your labels (fee applies)
  • Packaging customizations are possible if materials are provided by you

Do you offer order consolidation?

Yes. If notified in time, we will:

  • Combine multiple orders
  • Repack to reduce shipping cost
  • Charge or refund the difference in shipping

4. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

How does shipping work?

Shipping is not free. Because order weights vary significantly, shipping is calculated after your order is packed.

A separate shipping payment request will be sent to you. Your order ships once shipping is paid.

Why does checkout show $0 for shipping?

Shopify displays $0 when shipping cannot be pre-calculated — this does not indicate free shipping.

Which carriers do you use?

FedEx, UPS, USPS, and LTL freight carriers for large orders.

How fast do you ship?

Most orders ship same day or next business day.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Duties/taxes, if applicable, are the buyer’s responsibility.

Do you ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO?

Yes — via standard service options.

Can you pack to livestream-friendly weight requirements?

Yes — we can pack to weight specs upon request.

Can you split shipments?

Yes — simply notify us with instructions.

Can I change my address after placing my order?

  • Changes may be possible if the order has not entered processing
  • Once shipped, reroutes must be handled through the carrier
  • Any rerouting fees are the buyer’s responsibility

5. RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

What is your return policy?

You must notify us within 3 days of receiving your order to request a Return Authorization (RA).

Items must be unworn, unaltered, and in original condition.

Non-returnable items:

  • Last Chance items (deep closeouts)
  • Steals & Deals items
  • Dropship orders
  • Bulk Lots
  • Odds & Ends Deals
  • Any item explicitly marked Final Sale

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be canceled during processing (usually 1 business day). Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.


6. PAYMENT & SECURITY

What payment methods do you accept?

Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, Wire, ACH, Zelle, and Cash (showroom).

Why did I see a duplicate charge?

It is usually a temporary pre-authorization hold.

Do you perform fraud checks?

Yes. Orders may be flagged or delayed if:

  • Billing and shipping do not match
  • High-value orders require verification
  • Our system detects irregular activity

You may be asked to verify identity or provide additional documentation.


7. DROPSHIPPING PROGRAM

Do you offer dropshipping?

Yes — for qualified U.S. clients.

Dropship Fees (per package):

  • $5 tops/bottoms
  • $12 short dresses/rompers
  • $15 long dresses/gowns/jumpsuits
    Max per package: $15

Is dropshipping returnable?

No — dropship orders are final sale.

Do you blind ship?

Yes — under your business name.
Packing slips/inserts may be included.

Can I sync your inventory?

Yes — CSV file available.


8. LIVESTREAM SELLERS (TikTok, Whatnot, Taobao, Douyin)

Do you support livestream sellers?

Absolutely — we champion livestreamers and actively support your format.

What is the livestream selling rule?

Livestream sellers may not sell our products online after the livestream.
This protects distribution integrity for our vendors and boutique partners.

Can livestreamers use your product images/videos?

Yes — except for selling on restricted marketplaces (see next section).

Do livestreamers get bulk or curated lots?

Yes — we offer mixed lots, bulk buys, and category bundles ideal for shows.

Can you accommodate special packing for livestreams?

Yes — including weight-specific packing and split shipments.


9. PROHIBITED MARKETPLACES

To protect brand integrity and our vendor relationships:

You may NOT sell our merchandise on:

  • Amazon
  • Walmart Marketplace
  • Temu

Selling on these platforms may result in account termination.


10. BULK BUYERS & PALLET ORDERS

Do you support bulk, case, and pallet orders?

Yes. We regularly fulfill multi-case and pallet orders for large buyers.

Do you allow pallet pickups?

Yes — buyers may arrange their own freight or pickup.

Are bulk deals negotiable?

Yes. All bulk, case, and take-all opportunities are negotiable based on volume and category.

Is there a pallet handling fee?

Charge a $25 pallet prep fee (industry standard, not excessive).
If you prefer a lower number, I can adjust it.

Do bulk orders get better pricing?

Yes — larger volume purchases typically receive more aggressive pricing.


11. VENDOR PARTNERSHIPS

Do you purchase inventory from brands?

Yes — but ONLY first-quality, new-with-tags (NWT) merchandise.

We do NOT buy:

  • Returns
  • Damages
  • Irregulars
  • Samples
  • Refurbished goods

What inventory do you buy?

  • First-quality overstock
  • Excess production
  • Cancelled orders
  • Markdowns and clean, first-quality goods

12. TAXES & RESALE CERTIFICATES

Do you charge sales tax?

Sales tax is not charged to U.S. buyers who provide a valid resale certificate.

How do I submit tax documents?

Email them to us or upload during registration.
CA buyers must additionally complete the California Resale Certificate form.

Do international buyers pay duties?

Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
