SHIPPING POLICY

Domestic Shipping

Most domestic orders ship from our warehouse within 48 business hours. We do not ship on weekends or U.S. holidays.

Unless otherwise requested, all domestic shipments are sent via UPS Ground. Delivery typically takes 4–6 business days, depending on the destination. A tracking number will be emailed once your order has shipped.

Cutoff Time:
Orders placed before 12:00 PM PST may ship the same business day. Orders placed after this time will ship on the next business day.

If you wish to use a different shipping courier, please contact Customer Service at (213) 742-6800 prior to order fulfillment.

Immediate Apparel / JMB Apparel, Inc. is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or local disruptions.


International Shipping

International customers are responsible for all applicable customs duties, taxes, and import fees. These fees are not included in our pricing or shipping charges.

If duty fees are not paid, packages may be held or rejected by customs. We do not refund shipping costs for packages returned or rejected due to unpaid customs charges.

Immediate Apparel cannot estimate duty fees; please contact your local customs office for details.

We may provide suggestions for international freight options, but we do not assume responsibility for any transit company, freight rate, transit time, or carrier performance. The choice of carrier remains solely the customer’s decision.


Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated after your order is fully packed, based on final weight, dimensions, and destination. You will receive a separate invoice for shipping, and your order will ship once the shipping invoice is paid.

Shopify may display $0.00 at checkout; this does not indicate free shipping.


RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

General Return Policy

We must be notified of any damages or discrepancies within three (3) business days of receiving your order. There are no exceptions to this window.

We do not provide return labels unless the item received was damaged or incorrect due to our error.

Eligible returns must be:

  • Unworn
  • Unaltered
  • In original packaging
  • With all tags and labels attached
  • Accompanied by an RA (Return Authorization)

All orders are non-refundable. Store credit or exchange only.

We will not accept any returns received more than 10 days after the delivery date.


Final Sale Items

The following are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances:

  • Sale and promotional items
  • Clearance or Last Chance items
  • Any item explicitly marked Final Sale
  • Dropship orders (due to third-party fulfillment and customer routing)

Restocking Fees

To maintain wholesale pricing integrity, restocking fees apply as follows:

  • 10% — Items returned without original packaging
  • 20%
    • Items returned without an RA number
    • Refused or rejected packages
    • Returns mailed after the 3-day reporting window

Restocking fees are deducted from store credit.


Exchanges

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanges, including:

  • Shipping items back to us
  • Shipping replacement items out to you

We can exchange for different colors or styles, subject to availability.

Price adjustments:

  • If the replacement item costs less than the original, the difference will be issued as store credit.
  • If the replacement item costs more, the customer must pay the difference before the exchange ships.

You may also opt to return the original item for store credit to apply toward a future order.
