On average orders ship from our warehouse within 48 hours with exceptions for the weekend and holidays. All orders are shipped with our standard UPS Ground shipping unless specified from one of our expedited shipping options. Ground shipping usually takes about 4-6 business days depending on the destination. A tracking number will be emailed to you once the order has been shipped.
The cut off time for same day fulfillment is 12PM (PST). Any orders placed after will be shipped the following business day. If you are interested in using a different shipping courier please contact customer service at 213-742-6800. Please note that JMB Apparel, Inc. is not responsible for any delays in your package due to local disruptions of any sort.
For all international orders the customs and duty fees are not included and will be responsible by the customer. The package will be stuck in customs if the fees are not paid for. We will not refund shipping costs for customers that reject their package(s) upon arrival for failure to pay duty fees. We are not able to determine the duty fees. Please contact your local customs office for inquiries.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE
We do not provide shipping labels for any returns/exchanges unless the item(s) is damaged or a mistake was done on our end. Please make sure to notify us of any damages or discrepancies in the order within three (3) business days upon receipt. There are no exceptions.
We will accept exchanges of any items unworn with original tags and labels attached to the garment. All orders are NON-REFUNDABLE only store credit or exchange.
Please make sure to call or email us regarding any returns for an RA (Return Authorization).
There will be a 10% restocking fee for any items returned without its original packaging. There will be a 20% restocking fee for items returned to us without an RA, refused and rejected packages, or past the 3-day grace period.
All sale and promotional items are for FINAL SALE no exceptions.
We will not accept any returns received after 10 days from the order delivered date.
The customer will be responsible for all shipping costs. This includes the cost for us to ship out the merchandise you’re exchanging for.
You can exchange for a different style or color. All exchanges are based on stock availability.
If the replacement item is less expensive than the original, the difference will be refunded back to you via store credit.
If the replacement item is more expensive than the item returned, you will be responsible for the balance owed.
You may return the original item for credit to be applied to any future order.
