Politique d’expédition
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
On average orders ship from our warehouse within 48 hours with exceptions for the weekend and holidays. All orders are shipped with our standard UPS Ground shipping unless specified from one of our expedited shipping options. Ground shipping usually takes about 4-6 business days depending on the destination. A tracking number will be emailed to you once the order has been shipped.
The cut off time for same day fulfillment is 12PM (PST). Any orders placed after will be shipped the following business day. If you are interested in using a different shipping courier please contact customer service at 213-742-6800. Please note that JMB Apparel, Inc. is not responsible for any delays in your package due to local disruptions of any sort.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
For all international orders the customs and duty fees are not included and will be responsible by the customer. The package will be stuck in customs if the fees are not paid for. We will not refund shipping costs for customers that reject their package(s) upon arrival for failure to pay duty fees. We are not able to determine the duty fees. Please contact your local customs office for inquiries.
At Immediate Apparel, we do not assume responsibility for any transit company that we may suggest to our clients. We may provide options of which transit companies are out there and what their estimated rates and time of shipping are, but the decision of which carrier to choose ultimately is our client’s sole decision to be made. Again, Immediate Apparel assumes no responsibility for these freight companies.
